I changed the password, but I still can’t access the account.

If you have already changed your password and still can’t access your account, first check some external factors, such as: keyboard language settings, uppercase or lowercase letters, and make sure that the username and email are correct.

If you still can’t log in to your account, repeat the password reset process and make sure to use the email registered on your account in the platform.
